Shipping Policy

Normal Orders

• Orders ship via USPS or UPS every Tuesday and Thursday.
• Orders over $250 will require a signature on delivery.
• Expected delivery dates are estimates and delivery is not guaranteed by a certain time. If you need expedited shipping please contact us at admin@nadobrostradingcards.com before placing your order to arrange an expedited service.

Pre-Orders

• Orders containing pre-order items will not ship until all products in the order are available. If you would like to order in stock items alongside pre-order items and do not wish to wait, please place separate orders.
• We cannot guarantee release day delivery of pre-orders, though we will try our best to ensure that they arrive as soon as possible.
• Pre-orders may be cancelled up to 14 days before release date. Orders cancelled in this way are subject to an 8% cancellation fee. Please see our Refund Policy for more information.
